Step by step - gel

To make a gel candle we need  enough creativity, patience and a few tips. On my blog I will try to describe how to make candles, give a few tips. But remember - first of all making candles can make pleasure and fun.

I'll start with the gel - without it, there is no topic :)

There are three basic types of gel depending on its density.

- LP - a gel with the lowest density. After cool has  minimum of air bubbles, however, takes the least flavor and is not good for transport It is too watery to keep the well walls of the jar.

- MP - a gel with the medium density, the most universal. Nicely to scent, it is good to transport. However, after cool, creates a lot of the air bubbles (which can be partially removed
-about it ,another time)
- HP - the densest, does not require any jar. Quickly freezes, unfortunately creates a lot of air bubbles.

Gel wax we melt like a  paraffin. Its melting point is higher, however - for example, allowing us to place the paraffin ornaments in  gel wax.

The gel can be transparent (
It can be dyed to different colors by dyes):
